Management

Mr. Geiger was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company on November 2011. Previously, Mr. Geiger served as a member of the Company's Board of Directors since May 2011. Mr. Geiger also currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aeropostale Inc., a mall-based, specialty retailer of casual apparel and accessories. From 1998 to 2010, Mr. Geiger served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Aeropostale, which grew from about 110 stores in North America to over 900 stores during that period.

John D. Ireland has served as Crumbs' Chief Financial Officer since March 2008. Mr. Ireland has also served as a Member/CPA for Accounting Strategies Group LLC since September 2008 and has been the President of ASG, LLC, the predecessor entity to Accounting Services Group LLC, since June 2004. In addition, Mr. Ireland has served as Vice President of both C&E Holdings, Inc. and Magnolia Bluff, Inc. since 2001. Mr. Ireland has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1985. Mr. Ireland also has served on the board of Provident State Bank since March 2006. Mr. Ireland received his BS degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and received his MS degree in Taxation from Georgetown University.

Ronda S. Kase has served as Secretary of the Company and Crumbs Holdings LLC since June 2011 and May 2011, respectively.  She also serves as the Corporate Compliance Officer for the Company, Crumbs Holdings LLC and its subsidiaries.  Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Kase worked as a consultant with a leading private mergers and acquisitions firm, helping to facilitate the sale of companies in a variety of industries.  From 1993 to 2007, Ms. Kase was head corporate paralegal at the Nashville law firms of Sherrard & Roe, PLC and Stokes Bartholomew Evans & Petree, P.A. (now Adams and Reese LLP), where she worked with senior partners in the corporate, securities and tax group. Ms. Kase has extensive experience with public companies and in-depth knowledge of corporate governance issues.

Robin Sepe was named Senior Vice President, Human Resources of Crumbs in February 2012. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Sepe served as Senior Vice President Human Resources- Chief People Officer at Modell’s Sporting Goods from 2010 to 2012. From 1996 to 2010, Ms. Sepe worked at Aeropostale where her last position was Vice President, Human Resources. Ms. Sepe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Queens College and has over 18  years of experience in Human Resources including organizational development, leadership, succession planning, legal compliance and talent acquisition.

 Eric Wesolowski has served as Chief Operating Officer of Crumbs Holdings LLC since November 2012. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Wesolowski served as the COO/President of Eckō Direct, LLC from 2007 to 2012 where his primary responsibility was directing the Retail Division of Marc Ecko Enterprises.  From 1991 to 2007, Mr. Wesolowski worked at Aéropostale, Inc., a mall-based, specialty retailer of casual apparel and accessories where he was the Senior Vice President of Operations.  During his tenure at Aéropostale, Mr. Wesolowski was responsible for Real Estate, Construction, Logistics, Store Operations, and Purchasing.
